Job Description
- Operate refrigerated trailers, monitoring and adjusting temperatures as needed
- Deliver produce, frozen, and dairy products safely and on schedule
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractors and trailers
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and electronic delivery records
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates, delays, and equipment issues
- Comply with all DOT and company safety regulations
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license required
Experience
Reefer experience preferred, including temperature monitoring and unit controls
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21 for interstate operations
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record with strong safety history
Physical Ability
Ability to pass DOT physical and handle basic mechanical checks
Communication
Effective communication with dispatch and clients
