Job Description
- Safely operate a 53’ dry van tractor-trailer on regional multi-state routes
- Follow federal and company Hours-of-Service (HOS) rules
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Handle drop & hook operations and occasional manual freight handling
- Maintain accurate electronic logs using ELDs and complete shipping documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or delivery issues
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license with at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
Experience
Minimum 1 year of regional dry van driving experience
Age Requirement
21 years or older
MVR & Risk
Clean DOT driving record with no major violations
Physical Ability
Able to occasionally assist with freight handling
Communication
Strong communication skills for dispatch and customer interactions
