Job Description
- Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently in a team driving setup
- Coordinate with your partner for driver changeovers and seamless handoffs
- Maintain continuous motion on long-haul routes while adhering to HOS regulations
- Complete documentation together, including ELD logs and delivery confirmations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch for route updates and logistical adjustments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and ensure freight compliance
Requirements
CDL Class A
Must hold valid CDL-A license; team drivers preferred
Experience
OTR long-haul experience strongly preferred; comfortable with high-mileage routes
Age Requirement
Minimum 21 years old
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record and strong safety awareness required
Physical Ability
Able to handle extended driving and occasional loading/unloading as needed
Communication
Proactive with dispatch and team partner coordination
