Job Description
- Operate air-ride tractors safely and efficiently for long-haul postal freight
- Perform no-touch trailer pickups and deliveries according to established lanes
- Follow strict postal freight safety, handling, and delivery protocols
- Maintain clean driving record to meet contractual compliance requirements
- Communicate with dispatch to optimize routing and ensure on-time delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license required
Experience
1+ years OTR driving experience strongly preferred
Age Requirement
Must meet minimum legal age for CDL-A operation
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record, strong safety awareness
Physical Ability
Ability to manage extended out-of-town schedules and long-haul driving
Communication
Familiarity with ELD and GPS navigation; effective dispatch communication
