Job Description

  • Operate Class A tractor with 53' flatbed trailer
  • Secure freight with chains, binders, and tarps according to seasonal tarp policy
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance records
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and route updates
  • Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid Class A CDL license required

Experience

Minimum 1 year OTR flatbed experience with load securement

Age Requirement

Must meet federal and company age requirements for CDL drivers

MVR & Risk

No major driving violations in the past 5 years

Physical Ability

Ability to lift, secure, and tarp loads safely

Communication

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious; strong communication skills
