Job Description
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on OTR routes spanning thousands of miles weekly
- Provide accurate ETA updates and communicate proactively with dispatch
- Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
- Support team drivers with seamless handoffs, clear communication, and shared responsibility
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety
- Maximize revenue miles and reduce downtime while ensuring high-quality freight delivery
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license required for all drivers.
Experience
OTR driving experience preferred; solo and team driving experience advantageous.
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21 to meet DOT and interstate regulations.
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record; must pass DOT physical and drug screening.
Physical Ability
Comfortable with long hours, night driving, and extended time away from home.
Communication
Strong navigation skills and ability to communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
