Job Description
- Safely operate flatbed tractor-trailers with heavy and oversized freight
- Properly secure cargo using straps, chains, binders, and tarps
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle and load safety
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation using ELD or paper logs
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and route changes
- Follow DOT and company safety regulations at all times
