Job Description

Safely operate Class A day cab tractor for port container moves
Load, secure, and transport containers to local warehouses
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate electronic logs and documentation
Communicate with dispatch regarding port schedules and delivery updates
Follow port safety procedures and TWIC compliance

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

Port or intermodal drayage experience helpful but not mandatory

Age Requirement

Must meet federal driving age requirements

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card

Physical Ability

Ability to perform inspections, secure loads, and handle containers

Communication

Good communication skills with dispatch and warehouse personnel

Day cab tractors with intermodal container chassis
