Job Description

Transport short-haul freight safely between Joliet-area facilities
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on day cab trucks
Maintain accurate electronic driver logs (ELD) and comply with DOT regulations
Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and delivery status
Follow company and industry safety procedures at all times
Ensure freight moves smoothly through the regional supply chain

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

Previous local driving experience preferred

Age Requirement

Minimum 21 years old

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record and DOT compliance
