Job Description

  • Drive interstate and regional freight lanes safely and on schedule
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) for hours of service
  • Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle checks
  • Ensure freight is secure and deliveries meet customer expectations
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and delays
  • Follow all FMCSA/DOT regulations and company safety policies

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

Minimum 6+ months recent OTR/regional driving experience

Age Requirement

Must meet federal & company age requirements

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record; pass DOT medical and drug test

Physical Ability

Ability to safely load/unload freight as needed

Communication

Good communication skills for dispatch and customers
