Job Description

Operate tanker trucks safely on local delivery routes
Deliver fuel and other bulk liquids to commercial, industrial, and retail customers
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and loads
Secure loads properly using hoses, pumps, and safety equipment
Maintain accurate ELD logs, delivery records, and safety documentation
Follow DOT, HazMat, and company safety regulations

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required; HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred, training provided if needed

Experience

Previous commercial driving experience preferred but not required for trainees

Age Requirement

21 years or older

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record with no major violations

Physical Ability

Ability to handle hoses, pumps, and load securing equipment

Communication

Good verbal communication and ability to follow dispatch instructions

Modern, well-maintained tanker trucks
Regular fleet inspections and maintenance
Delivery equipment including hoses, pumps, and safety tools

Home Time

Home daily with consistent day shift hours
