Job Description
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local P&D routes
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
- Complete shipment documentation and maintain accurate ELD logs
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route status, delivery issues, or delays
- Ensure freight is secured and delivered safely
- Follow all company, DOT, and FMCSA safety regulations
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license required
Experience
Ability to operate dock equipment and manage frequent stops
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21 years
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record (MVR) and DOT physical
Physical Ability
Capable of loading/unloading palletized freight
Communication
Reliable and customer-oriented with good communication skills
