📋 Job Description
- Receive hands-on training in safe Class A tractor-trailer operation under an experienced mentor
- Perform live unloads and drop & hook freight assignments during training
- Maintain accurate logs and training records to track progress
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards
- Communicate with mentors and dispatch on training milestones and operational updates
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles
