Job Description

  • Safely operate a Class A tanker tractor-trailer transporting fuel and liquids
  • Load, transport, and unload hazardous liquid cargo following HazMat regulations
  • Maintain tanker equipment, ensuring valves, hoses, and tanks are secure
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD logs
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or safety issues
  • Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license required

Experience

Experience operating tanker trucks preferred

Age Requirement

Minimum 21 years old

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record (MVR) and DOT physical required

Physical Ability

Ability to handle tanker operations safely
