Job Description
- Safely operate ready-mix trucks or mixer trucks on local routes
- Load concrete products at batching plants and deliver to construction sites on schedule
- Ensure proper handling and secure transport of ready-mix materials
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain truck safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork, including DOT and company forms
- Communicate with dispatch and construction site personnel regarding delivery times and special requirements
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license (CDL-B may be accepted depending on company)
Experience
Experience with ready-mix or local construction deliveries preferred
Age Requirement
Minimum age per company/DOT regulations
MVR & Risk
Strong safety record and ability to follow DOT guidelines
