Job Description
- Safely operate tanker trucks carrying hazardous liquids
- Load, unload, and secure tanker freight per company and federal HazMat guidelines
- Maintain compliance with HazMat, FMCSA, and DOT regulations
- Complete ELD logs and daily trip reports accurately
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure tanker safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and terminal personnel
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL‑A license required
Experience
HazMat & Tanker endorsements required; minimum experience transporting hazardous liquids preferred
Age Requirement
Minimum age 21
MVR & Risk
Strong safety record and ability to follow strict regulatory procedures
Physical Ability
Capable of handling tanker loading/unloading and inspections
