Job Description

  • Pickup and deliver freight within Chicagoland, including city and suburban routes
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage delivery documentation
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs and complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or delivery issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining safety compliance

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL-A license and DOT medical card

Experience

Prior local delivery experience preferred but not required

Age Requirement

Minimum age 21

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record (MVR)

Physical Ability

Ability to handle multiple stops and freight deliveries
