Job Description
- Operate a Class A flatbed truck transporting building materials and industrial freight
- Secure and tarp loads following DOT safety regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and delivery updates
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Deliver loads safely while maintaining high safety standards
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid Class A CDL required for commercial tractor-trailer operation.
Experience
Minimum 4 months of CDL-A driving experience preferred.
Age Requirement
Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
MVR & Risk
Safe driving history and no more than 6 jobs within the past 3 years.
Physical Ability
Ability to lift a 90-lb tarp onto a 5-ft platform for flatbed loads.
Communication
Ability to communicate with dispatch and maintain accurate trip records.
