Job Description
- Safely operate Class A trucks for local deliveries using curtain-side trailers
- Load and unload freight at warehouses and delivery locations
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or operational issues
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL‑A license in good standing
Experience
Experience in local Class A truck driving preferred
Age Requirement
Minimum 21 years old
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screenings
Physical Ability
Ability to load/unload freight and perform vehicle inspections
Communication
Strong customer service and communication skills
