Job Description

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment
  • Assist with pallet and crate building and facility repair work
  • Maintain infrastructure including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and cosmetic repairs
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary
  • Support implementation of new equipment and facility processes

Requirements

Technical Knowledge

Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings

Experience

2+ years of facility maintenance or industrial maintenance experience preferred

Education

Associate degree, vocational training or equivalent technical experience

Tools & Equipment

Experience using tools for facility maintenance, reconstruction and repair work

Physical Ability

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely perform maintenance tasks around equipment

Communication

Strong communication skills with managers, employees and vendors

  • Industrial production equipment and facility systems
  • Warehouse mechanical equipment and preventative maintenance programs
  • Lift trucks and manual lifting equipment used for installations and repairs

Home Time
