Job Description
- Participate in Warren Transport's Lease Purchase Program to work toward truck ownership
- Drive late-model trucks (Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt) on OTR and specialized routes
- Manage freight safely and efficiently, including no-touch freight options
- Track and report CSA points and comply with safety standards
- Utilize fuel discounts, tire maintenance, and other support programs
- Engage in specialized training and business support resources (ATBS)
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid Class A CDL license required
Experience
Minimum 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years
Age Requirement
22 years or older
MVR & Risk
Max 3 accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years; no DUI/DWI
Physical Ability
Capable of handling OTR driving and freight loading/unloading tasks
Communication
Good verbal and written communication skills for dispatch and team coordination
