Job Description
- Load, secure, and transport freight safely using chains, straps, and tarps.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer to ensure safety and compliance.
- Plan and execute regional or long-haul routes efficiently, maintaining schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Drive safely across all road conditions while adhering to DOT regulations.
- Protect cargo integrity during transport, monitoring for shifting loads or damage.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, paperwork, and delivery documentation.
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL Class A license required
Experience
Prior flatbed experience preferred but not required for motivated drivers
Age Requirement
Must meet minimum age requirements for interstate travel
MVR & Risk
Clean driving record and familiarity with regional and long-haul routes
Physical Ability
