Job Description

  • Operate commercial trucks on assigned regional routes efficiently and safely.
  • Deliver freight on schedule between distribution centers, warehouses, and retail locations.
  • Properly secure cargo to ensure safe transport and prevent damage.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to maintain safety and compliance.
  • Follow all DOT regulations and safety protocols, including hours-of-service logging.
  • Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding route progress, delivery status, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

CDL Class A

Valid CDL Class A license required.

Experience

Previous experience on regional routes preferred but not required.

Age Requirement

Minimum age 21 years.

MVR & Risk

Clean driving record with no major violations.

Physical Ability

Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and handle cargo.

Communication

Strong communication skills and ability to manage schedules efficiently.
