Job Description
- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery
- Drive tractor-trailer to destination, following commercial driving regulations
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations
- Unload trailer and deliver products into customer premises
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Age Requirement
Must be at least 21 years of age
License
Valid Class A CDL
Experience
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving
MVR & Risk Rating
Must meet McLane's qualifications
Language
Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively and safely
