Job Description
- Safely operate Class A commercial trucks on local delivery routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment and cargo safety
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, schedule changes, or delivery issues
- Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws
- Focus on no-touch or drop-and-hook freight to improve efficiency
Requirements
CDL Class A
Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
Experience
1+ year experience preferred, local delivery or dry freight recommended
Age Requirement
