Job Description

Drive dedicated CDL-A truck routes for J&R Schugel
Haul 100% no-touch freight
Run 2,200–2,500 miles per week on consistent lanes
Maintain safety and compliance on all routes
Participate in ESOP ownership program for company equity
Receive performance pay, detention, layover, and stop pay when applicable

Requirements

CDL Class A

CDL-A required

Experience

12 months OTR experience in last 3 years, refrigerated preferred

Age Requirement

Must meet company minimum age requirements for CDL-A drivers

MVR & Risk

Safe driving record, stable work history

Physical Ability

Ability to safely handle long-haul truck driving duties

Communication

Good communication skills for dispatch and customer interaction

Equipment & Fleet

2021+ late-model trucks with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions
Modern, driver-spec'd fleet with maintenance support
Refrigerated freight delivery equipment included

Home Time

Home schedule: 2 days per 10–12 days on the road
