Job Description
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer on OTR refrigerated routes
- Maintain temperature control and cargo integrity
- Pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Accurate electronic logging (ELD)
- Communicate with dispatch and ensure DOT & FMCSA compliance
Requirements
License
Valid CDL-A license, 21+ years old
Medical & Compliance
DOT physical and drug screen required
Experience
Minimum 6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years
Safety & Record
Clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 5 years
Equipment & Fleet
- Late-model refrigerated trucks (2024–2026) with ISAAC ELD
- Comfortable sleeper cabs with modern amenities
- GPS & telematics for route optimization
- Regular maintenance & 24/7 roadside support
Home Time
- 2–3 days home after 2–3 weeks on the road
