Job Description
- Operate a Class A flatbed truck to transport construction materials and oversized freight
- Secure loads with straps, chains, and tarps as needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and hours-of-service (HOS) requirements
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delivery schedules, or freight issues
- Maintain professional and safety-conscious work practices
