Job Description
- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys accurately during off-hour deliveries
- Drive tractor-trailer safely to customer destinations
- Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations
- Unload trailer and deliver products into customer premises
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
CDL & Experience
Valid Class A CDL with at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer experience
Driving Record
Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
English Skills
Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and operations compliance
Physical
DOT physical, drug screen, and background check required
