Job Description
- Transport foodservice products from warehouse to customer locations.
- Unload deliveries using a hand cart or ramps and place products in designated storage areas.
- Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
- Complete delivery documentation, electronic logs and inspections.
- Ensure food safety standards and proper temperature control.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
CDL-A License
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required and must be insurable.
Driving Experience
At least 1 year tractor-trailer experience or completion of driving school.
Physical Ability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 350 lbs with hand cart.
Communication
Ability to read, write and communicate in English for safety and reporting.
